Cold grounding made within maximum 8 hours from harvest. We collaborate with the best olive oil mill and use the most innovative and yet original technology in order to not oxidate the olives during the process.
Our EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL has a delightful yellow color, a fruity smell and a slightly bitter taste which reminds us of the character of Abruzzo.
